Sizing and Team Roster

After you've designed the perfect uniform - simply enter manually or send us your team roster including sizing and take part in our sizing program. (IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED YOU USE OUR SIZE KIT PROGRAM. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT).

Ordering and Shipping

Once your team roster is all set simply pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit card and your all set! Orders on custom uniforms typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill.

1. Return & Refunds

We work very hard to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If you have an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to correct mistakes. However, all items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name, or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not free from defects in materials and/or decoration to a reasonable degree. 

2. What is the Sizing Program?

Our team members will discuss our sizing program with you in our initial consultation. For a nominal fee we will send you a sizing pack to make sure you get the perfect size for all of your players. There is no refunds on items that do not fit.

3. How long does it take for my uniforms to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks after your order is placed.

4. How can I cancel or check on the status of my order?

As these are custom products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started on your order.

5. I need a logo for my team. Can you make one?

Yes, we will help you with any ideas you may have and we can also generate one for you.
